Anne completed her Master's Degree in Adult Education. She came to Armstrong with a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Education: Information Systems from Wayland Baptist University in 2002. Upon returning to the US in 2012, she began her doctorate at the University of Phoenix, completing her studies in Educational Leadership and Educational Technologies in 2016. Her dissertation was on MOOC Best Practices.
She decided to return to school for her master's degree to continue teaching computer information systems at the college level. She worked at Armstrong Atlantic, now Georgia Southern until 2008, when life threw a curveball in the form of a Baby Girl and her husband's job rotation to Germany. She continued teaching at the local military education center in Bamberg, Germany, as a military skills and leadership educator. Upon returning to the US in 2012, she taught intermediate reading and writing at Jefferson Community College and GED studies in the Jefferson County Library system. Continuing to California after finishing her Doctorate, she taught as a long-term substitute teacher while keeping an eye on the rapidly growing young girl. In a final trek back East, she settled in York, Pennsylvania, to teach online studies as Compute & Learn @ Your Own Pace became an online tutoring company.
Covid 19 changed the way students learned! Compute & Learn @ Your Own Pace! has existed and changed with the times since 1990. Success created resilience, and resilience continued the success of the business.

I am excited to present a new authorship in the Art of Connection: 365 days of resilience quotes.
